The Brahma Kumaris meditation centre in Ostend, called Om Mandali Meditation Studio, recently moved its home from Schelle near Antwerp to an inspiring place by the sea.
Located in residence ‘The Waves’, this flat overlooking the endless horizon invites inner peace and reflection.
We currently offer individual Raja Yoga meditation, tailored to your pace and desire. Raja Yoga helps develop your full potential and find your ‘higher life-purpose’.
We also organise meditation circles for small groups.
