The Brahma Kumaris is a global spiritual movement dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal. Founded in India in 1937, the Brahma Kumaris have spread across 110 countries on all continents and has made a significant impact in many sectors as an NGO. Regardless, our real commitment aims to help people transform their perspective of the world from material to spiritual. It supports the development of a deep collective consciousness of peace and of individual dignity of every human being.
The Brahma Kumaris has been active in Belgium since 1977 and a non-profit organisation since 1979.
In Belgium, there are study and meditation centres in several cities where free* courses and classes can be taken.
Our courses, events and meditation sessions are free because we don't want money to be a barrier to anyone wanting to learn this ancient skill. So we cover our costs with voluntary donations from those who benefit themselves and choose to support our work.
